Shipping Terms & Conditions
- Processing Time
- Orders are processed within seven [7] business days after payment is confirmed. Where design is customized, production will only begin on final sign off of artwork.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking information once your order is shipped.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method. While we try to standardize these rates for major centers orders may incur additional costs as per the third party charges levied against us.
- Estimated delivery time varies depending on the shipping option selected and your location:
- Standard Shipping: Seven [7] days
- Expedited Shipping: Three [3] days
- International Shipping: [TBA] days
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues.
- International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.
- Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
- You can track your order via the respective carrier on the link provided with the waybill via the Carrier website through the links provided or by going directly to the the carriers website.
- Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at ask@fonsetorigo.co.za for assistance.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as timeously as possible.
- Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We will ship to Pudo lockers on a door to locker basis only.
- Some products may have restrictions based on local laws and regulations.
- Returns Due to Shipping Issues
- If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within twenty-four [24] hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product at ask@fonsetorigo.co.za.
- If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will reach out to confirm your delivery informatioin, if the error is on our side we will arrange reshipment or issue a refund. If the error is on your side additional costs incurred will be for your account.
