Why should I buy from Fons et Origo?
Origin matters! We actively work towards reducing our ecological footprint on this planet, and do so by innovating our production methodologies, sourcing of natural materials and swapping plastic packaging for plant based paper.
What sizes are the mats?
Coir Mats are hugely popular as a first choice in entrance matting due to their natural appearance and properties, low maintenance, and easy to clean features. A personalized or branded coir entrance mat is suitable for use in both domestic and commercial applications.
All standard design mats are 700mm (l) x 400mm (w) and are popular for home use, whereas larger sizes are recommended for commercial applications, such as offices, hotels, lodges, etc.
We also offer custom size Coir mats for both domestic and commercial applications. Please send an enquiry to ask@fonsetorigo.co.za for a list of options and sizes.
Can I request my own design?
Absolutely! Email your design to customerservice@fonsetorigo.co.za listing your order number in the header, and we will get working on a mockup design for your approval. Your order will go into production on once you have signed off the final design, standard delivery terms apply on final approval.
Can I collect my order?
We now offer you the option to save on delivery by collecting your order from our Distribution Centre at 50B Rocky Lane, Lanseria, Johannesburg. Please email sales@fonsetorigo.co.za with your order details to arrange collection. Please allow 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) for production.
When will my order be delivered?
From our floor to your door our production lead time is 7 working days and your order will be dispatched for courier and should arrive within 10 working days from date of payment received. Please note courier services vary in outlying areas.
I am a ministry, welfare organization or non-profit, a conservation initiative, can I become a sponsored partner?
We would love to hear about your program! Email us on ask@fonsetorigo.co.za and we will do an audit to qualify you as a partner. Items you have chosen to list on your menu will then contribute an agreed percentage to your cause.
I am a retailer, can I become a reseller/stockist?
Yes! Email us on ask@fonsetorigo.co.za. We offer store owners, as well as e-commerce platforms and individuals an opportunity to resell our unique brand of doormats at a resellers discount rate.
Do you offer a guarantee on the quality of the product?
Yes, we do. We guarantee our customers that your product will be dispatched to you without defect or damage. In the unfortunate event of product damage in transit, please refer to our returns policy in order to resolve the matter speedily.
Product Performance – Natural Coir fiber is very resilient and offers excellent performance in all weather conditions, however, as the product is highly absorbent we do not recommend the product to be exposed to direct contact with water or rainy weather conditions, and do not offer a guarantee against water damage or colour fade as a result.
Product Design Quality – Your custom design requests which may have fine or thin design lines may not offer the same longevity of the paint as appose to the more dense design areas. We will inform you at the time of receiving your design request.
